The publisher is committed to preserving the academic record by maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and longevity of published content.
  • Addressing Ethical Concerns: The publisher works in close collaboration with the editorial board to address any ethical issues, including allegations of misconduct. This includes investigating violations of ethical standards and, when necessary, issuing corrections, clarifications, retractions, or apologies.

Editorial Responsibilities

  • Objective and Fair Review Process: Editors are dedicated to ensuring an impartial review process by evaluating manuscripts based solely on academic quality, without bias or discrimination. They are responsible for conducting an anonymous peer review and are held accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the editorial process.
  • Confidentiality: Editors must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all submitted manuscripts, sharing details only with the authors, assigned reviewers, and the publisher as required.
  • Conflict of Interest: Editors and members of the editorial board are obligated to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. They must recuse themselves from the decision-making process for any manuscript where such conflicts exist.

Authors' Duties

  • Originality, Plagiarism, and Multiple Submissions: Authors are required to submit only original work and properly cite or quote all references. Simultaneous submission of the same research to multiple journals is prohibited.
  • Authorship Criteria: Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research and the writing of the manuscript. Contributions from others should be acknowledged appropriately.
  • Error Correction and Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors are expected to engage with the peer review process and promptly address any errors identified during or after the review. They must also disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that may affect the interpretation or results of their research.

Reviewers' Role

  • Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Peer reviewers play a critical role in helping editors make informed decisions. They are expected to provide constructive and honest feedback that aids authors in improving their manuscripts.
  • Promptness and Confidentiality: Reviewers should complete their evaluations within the established deadlines and treat all manuscript submissions as confidential.
  • Objectivity and Source Recognition: Reviews should be objective, and reviewers must identify relevant research not cited by the authors. They should also notify editors of any substantial similarity or overlap between the submitted work and other published research.
